Brian  G. Amerman
 Hello, my name is Brian Amerman. I began my career in public accounting in 1983 Ernst & Whinney in Baltimore, Maryland. I left Ernst & Whinney as an audit manager to join my father to found our firm in May of 1988. Our firm services a wide variety of small businesses and a wide variety of industries as you can see from the profiles of our staff that follow. My responsibilities include business and personal tax planning including entity selection and review of financial statements and tax returns prior to their release. In addition, I have provided litigation support services on a variety of cases including civil litigation and criminal tax litigation. My experience as a Big 8 accountant working on clients such as USF & G Insurance and the Bank of Baltimore has given me a solid foundation in financial statement preparation for use by our clients and their banks, creditors, and bonding companies. Juliet R. Ginder, CPA
 I am a partner with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC and joined the firm in 1996. I began my career in public accounting in 1990 with a local accounting firm based in Reading, PA, and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2000. My responsibilities include the preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals. Carol Webber
 As a partner in Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC, I am always available to share my knowledge and experience with our clients. I began my career in Colorado after receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1975. Working for a firm in Michigan for 13 years, I gained extensive experience in individual, partnership and corporate taxes, along with auditing, financial statement preparation and office management. The next twelve years were spent applying my experience to various business ventures, and in 2001, I joined Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC.

Mary  K. Blouch
 I’ve been with Amerman, Ginder, & Co., LLC since 1993. When you call the office, I’m often the one who answers the phone, when I’m not out golfing in the summer months. My responsibilities include processing tax returns and payroll preparation. I have over 35 years of previous experience as a secretary.

Stephanie A. Schlegel
 I’ve been with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since 1997. My clients include businesses in the construction, restaurant, electrical, computer, printing, and auto body repair industries. My responsibilities at Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC include business and personal income tax preparation, bookkeeping services and payroll tax preparation. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and have worked in
accounting since 1989.

Rebecca Hentz
 Hello, I’m Rebecca Hentz. I’ve been with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since 1998. My clients include businesses in the grocery and health care industries. My responsibilities include business and personal income tax preparation, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services, payroll tax report preparation, and assistance to clients using QuickBooks. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College and I have worked in accounting since 1990.
Karen Underkoffler
 Hi, I am Karen Underkoffler. I have been with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since 1998 on a seasonal basis. In July 2001, I became a year-round employee. I have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College. As of the fall of 2004, I am a Certified Payroll Professional. My main responsibility at Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC is payroll preparation, payroll tax report preparation and overseeing the payroll for our Professional Payroll, LLC clients. Other responsibilities include business and personal income tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping.

Sarah Illyes
 Hi, my name is Sarah Illyes. I have been with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since 2005. I began my career as the office secretary, often the first person you come in contact with here at the office. Throughout my employment here, I have expanded my horizon from your every-day secretarial duties to preparing financial statements and payroll tax reports for a variety of clients. I am currently working towards my Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting.

Jackie Fox, CPA
 Hello, my name is Jackie Fox. Since 1995, I have been working in the accounting field. I began my career in public accounting at a local firm in Hershey, PA. Prior, my experience was in the private sector. I’ve been with Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since January 2007. My responsibilities include business and individual tax preparation, monthly compilations, and annual reviews. Janet Smith
 My name is Janet Smith. I have worked at Amerman, Ginder & Co., LLC since October 2007. I assist with processing payroll for the Professional Payroll clients. I have over 10 years prior payroll experience. I hold an Associates in Applied Science degree from Northhampton Community College as well as a certificate in computerized accounting.

Matt Walter, CPA
 Hello, my name is Matt Walter. I started my career in 1996 with a small public accounting firm in Hershey, PA. I continued my public accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Beard Miller Company. After leaving public accounting, I spent three years in the corporate tax department of Ahold USA (the holding company of Giant Food Stores). My varied background includes small individual tax returns to large consolidated multi state corporations as well as compilations and reviews on a variety of different industries. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College with a double major in Accounting and Business Management.
